“What if I'm shy?”
Good. Shy people listen better. Use the formulas, because structure helps nervous people most.
“What if I fail the first month?”
I failed for two. Nobody sees that part. If you have a funnel, you can fix it.
“What if I feel like a fake?”
Everyone does at the beginning. The feeling fades as the moves become yours.
“Can I really get good at this?”
Yes. I was dead last in my company. Then I was near the top.
“What if my product is different?”
The nouns change. The six jobs don't. Translate the examples.
“I got 0 sales. Are ads not for me?”
0 sales means a step is broken. It doesn't mean you are. Go to the map at the start of the book. Find the step. Fix only that one.
“Can I start with less than 500 kr?”
You can, but you'll learn less. Tiny numbers lie. My first win cost under 100 kr, but that was one old PC and a chat. Selling a service? Start with warm outreach. It's free.
“My ROAS is 1.5x. Is that bad?”
Check your break-even number. If your break-even is 1.7x, you're close: change one thing and test again. If it's 2x or more, like most Amazon products, cut it.
“When do I spend more?”
When an ad beats your target for about a week. Then raise the budget a little at a time.
“Should I hire an agency?”
Not before you've run your own ads for a few months. Then you'll know what good looks like, and you can judge them.
